Not to be mistaken with the French indie developer "Guild Studio".

ＧＵＩＬＤ ＳＴＵＤＩＯ株式会社 was founded by Kaoru Matsuyama and Yasuhiro Suzuki in July 11th, 2016. They notably developed the 2018 remaster of The Last Remnant for SquareEnix.

In July 1st, 2023 the company rebranded itself as ARSTECH GUILD Co., Ltd.
