Torn LTD

Chedburn Networks Limited was the previous name of the company that now operates as TORN Ltd, the entity behind the online game Torn. Joe Chedburn was a Director at Chedburn Networks Limited and became the Managing Director of TORN Ltd, overseeing the transition from one name to the other.

The name change reflects the business evolution from a company founded by Joe Chedburn to the official corporate identity of TORN Ltd, the gaming company.

Chedburn Networks Limited, with company number 05866221, was the original company operating the Torn website. Torn LTD still has company number 05866221.

TORN Ltd is the current company that operates the game and its related services, with Joe Chedburn still serving as its Managing Director.

Chedburn Networks Limited operated from July 04, 2006 until December 14th, 2018, at which point the transition to TORN Ltd occurred.
