OAKS Corp. was a publisher and developer established in November 2000 by Tomoyuki Inoue, formerly of KID. The company primarily published under the PrincessSoft brand, but also had several other publishing brands including Nine's Fox and Primavera.

The company appears to have closed down around 2009.
