Histoire : A head teacher or school principal (also known as headteacher, headmaster, headmistress or the head, sometimes informally in Scots, the heidie or heedie) is the most senior teacher, leader and manager of a school. You get to decide everything, including the creation of your campus and even the rules of your school. Communication with your students is also important to building a strong environment.
